When I first started as a consultant, it was just me—one person working to help clients navigate challenges and find solutions. But as I grew, I started to see an opportunity for something bigger. I realized it wasn’t just about the work I was doing; it was about the potential to grow a team, build something meaningful, and make a lasting impact.
Simon Sinek’s words have always resonated with me: “Leadership is not about being in charge, it’s about taking care of those in your charge.” That quote shifted my mindset early on, motivating me to create businesses that weren’t just about delivering results but about cultivating environments where teams thrive.
For me, being a serial entrepreneur isn’t just about building companies—it’s about building companies based on culture and values. It’s about taking care of the people who show up every day, investing in their growth, and aligning everything we do with purpose.
This journey from consulting to leading multiple ventures has taught me that leadership isn’t a title; it’s a responsibility. It’s about showing up with empathy, fostering trust, and creating spaces where people—clients and teams alike—feel valued and empowered.
I’m grateful for the path that’s brought me here, and I’m excited for what’s still to come. 🚀
